Budget EDI is a robust in-house EDI software that allows small to medium size businesses increase sales and lower costs involved with doing everyday business with their trading partners. With Budget EDI’s EDI Link, your EDI transactions will seamlessly bridge directly into and out of your existing accounting or manufacturing system. Most large companies doing EDI have large budgets for mapping, integration, and testing of their EDI system and they have a staff on site to operate the system which is driving up the price for them to do business with their trading partners. With Budget EDI, you have the same results as they do, without the overhead expenses. For instance, when you receive a sales order from your trading partner, Budget EDI will receive the 850 purchase order and generate a sales order in your accounting system. Once the order has been processed and fulfilled, an 856 advanced ship notice can be generated with UCC 128 labels, and then an 810 invoice can be generated and sent back to your trading partner. All of this is seamless, in and out of your accounting or manufacturing system without the need to re-key data. Budget EDI saves your company time and most of all money!
All ANSI X-12 and EDIFACT transaction sets are supported. Custom modifications are available to enable certain features that may not be available in your current software.
