This solution is as versatile as it is easy to understand. A fax-ready business partner sends a fax, which is converted into the appropriate XML document and transmitted to the XML-capable business partner.

Both the faxing partner and the XML-capable partner can view their faxes and XML documents with Web-based tracking tools. All images and corresponding XML documents are stored electronically for 5 years, along with the acknowledgements and confirmations.
